I obtained my MSW from CSULB in 2007 and MPP from USC in 2011. Simply put, social works means caring for the wellbeing of others. We live in a society with many stressors, and we should lend a helping hand and give a voice to those individuals, families, and communities who are impacted by these stressors. It's our responsibility to educate and empower each other, and to change society from being unjust to one of fairness, equity, and love.
